Precision Scaif Benches for Diamond Polishing

Precision can now offer 2 options of USA made scaife (skive) benches for mounting our range of Coborn Scaife (Skive) spindles to, to make the best combination for diamond polishing.

Our standard Precision Benches, are made from 3 Inch steel angle with 2 1/2 inch cross bracing and are fully welded for maximum strength.

Our Tubular Precision Benches, are made from 3 Inch square steel tube with 3 x 2 inch cross bracing and are fully welded for maximum strength.

All Our Benches have a 1 inch thick ground steel top, covered in an easy clean laminate with an aluminum edging. The spindle is mounted direct to the underside of the table top and the table top and spindle is isolated from the bench via 1/4 inch anti-vibration rubber. The bench in turn is also supplied with adjustable anti-vibration feet

Our Benches can be supplied with standard switch gear or a variable speed controller for maximum flexibility
