Adaptors for the RM

The RM is fitted with a face plate onto which many types of standard or non-standard adaptors can be fitted. These include:

• 32mm Hydraulic chuck, for reducer sleeves in the range 6 – 25mm
• HSK 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 & 100
• ISO 30 and 40
• C5, W25 andW2 Collets
• Other propriety adaptors

Control and Programming

• Programming is done directly on the touch-screen or off-line
• Windows based software allows programming to be run, developed and saved easily
• Programming for complex tools is made up of a series of simple blocks
• Straightforward softare, menu driven, intuitive and purpose designed with PCD and PcBN tool productionin mind
• Program wizards available for all common ISO formats
• Importation and display of tool outlines (dxf format)
