Penico Series IV Rotary Table
- Big brother to the MKIII, the MKIV retains the same footprint, but has larger bearings and a cast iron casing to allow both a larger chuck and larger components to be held and ground.
- Motor and Electronic Controller – Waterproof to IP54 standard
- Variable speed control 0 -150 RPM
- Rugged construction, Cast iron casting – suitable for Toolroom and Production work achieving surface flatness of 0,003mm
- Slim product profile for ease of access into standard and CNC Surface Grinders operating within flood coolant and enclosed guarding
- Can be Fitted with 200mm – 300mm Diameter Permanent Magnetic Chuck with optional workholding e.g. circular tables and self centering chucks
- Fully sealed unit proving for low maintenance costs and long life
- Total flexibility – easily moved around the workshop and suitable for a wide area of applications, inclusive of Precision seals Discs and Rings and Prototype Components

Overview
The precision Rotary Grinding attachment converts Surface Grinding machines into a rotary grinding function, offering users greater operating flexibility and improved machining economies. The attachment can be used both on standard and CNC Surface Grinders, the unit fits easily into machines which have enclosed guarding arrangements and performs well under flood coolant conditions.
The rugged design of the attachment provides a high level of accuracy in respect of flatness and surface finish. The attachment conforms to European directive 98/37/EC, supported by EC directive 73/23/EEC and EC directive 89/336/EEC respectively for the Electronic Controller and Electric Motors.
